Don’t miss a chance at spending time with friends or having a relationship because you need to workout or you worry about eating out. It’s hard not to obsess sometimes but not obsessing can get you amazing things and to amazing places.

We went to dinner last night… and my greedy Father wanted to go to an “All you can eat chinese buffet” so I was over ruled and we went. I ate a cup of boiled rice, a cup of noodles, some sweet and sour chicken and half a cup of seaweed which probably measured up to about 1000 calories. My stomach hurt so bad, it’s because it’s just not used to junk any more.

What annoyed me though was how much my Dad was discouraging and me and forcing me to get more, when all he used to do was comment on weight and tell me how I needed to be more healthy.

I hate him sometimes.
